We guarantee that our costs for performing maintenance will be at or below the market rate for performing the same work at the same level of quality. Our in-house Maintenance Team has an average of 17+ years of experience and truly set us apart!
Communication Guarantee
We guarantee that you will have a single point of contact who will be dedicated to managing your properties. Your Property Manager will be professional, responsive, trustworthy in all forms of communication.
Pet Guarantee
We utilize the most thorough pet screening process in the industry. Each pet is thoroughly screened and vetted by a third party pet screening service. If a pet does any damage beyond the security deposit, we will cover up to $1,000 additional dollars.
Eviction Guarantee
If you think we screen our pets thoroughly, you should see our resident screening process! We perform the most rigorous level of screening in the industry. If any resident that we place needs to be evicted within the first 12 months, we will pay all court costs for the eviction.
Leasing Guarantee
We guarantee that we will lease your property, at the appropriate price, within 3 weeks of going live on the market. If the leasing process takes longer than 3 weeks, we will waive our first months management fee, no questions asked.
